anti-virus support | Check Norton

Open the Norton AntiVirus main screen by clicking on the Norton shortuct -- located somewhere on your desktop (see black arrow) or in the lower right-hand corner, in your desktop tray (grey arrow).

If your Virus Definitions date is older than previous Wednesday you need to run LiveUpdate. After you run LiveUpdate, check your Virus Defintions date. If the date is still older than the previous Wednesday, run LiveUpdate again.

Make sure all of these are On:
- Auto-Protect
- Email Scanning
- Script Blocking
